Client/Server System
The system functions as a client/server system or online system. All data is saved centrally in a database on the server and is retrieved on the network when needed. Your data is securely protected from outside manipulations through this central storage.
Back office

Function
The administration software of the system is defined as the back office. In this interface, the configuration is created, and modifications and evaluations are carried out. Access is password-protected. Modifications to the system or the configuration can only be made by users with corresponding authorization.

Personal Contact with Customers
You can personally serve and support your customers at an open cashier's desk. Serving them is made very simple with a touch—screen monitor. You only need the keyboard for optionally entering and managing customer data.
Point of Sale
The cashier's desk will primarily be used as the point of sale for articles, rates, stored-value cards and coupons. All common methods of payment may be used. Various interfaces (such as for connecting a credit card terminal) are available. Foreign currencies are processed at the sell exchange rate.
Vending machine

Operation
Different rates and stored-value cards can be sold and issued automatically at vending machines. The customers can choose and pay for the desired products via an easy to use touch interface. The whole user guidance is designed with a multilingual capability. The sales process is carried out entirely in the selected language.
Insertion and dispense
Depending on the configuration, the machine can process various means of payment: coin and bill processing (both with return), stored-value cards and credit cards. For dispense, up to four dispensing devices can be built in for transponder cards. The machine can additionally be configured with a corresponding device for processing barcode tickets.
Subsequent payment station

Operation
Any subsequent payments and consumption can be paid for at subsequent payment machines. The customers may not leave the controlled area until all open amounts have been paid.

Function
The entry checkpoint checks and devalues all of the system's single cards, multi-cards and long-term cards. For stored-value cards, the corresponding rate will be automatically debited when the balance is sufficient. Reductions in time can this be accounted for, such as for example morning cards or evening cards.
Adaptation
The entrance checkpoint can control different turnstiles and doors and receive available return signals. It is thus no problem at all to reuse existing turnstiles or door openers upon request.
Options
Depending on the configuration, different options may be available:
- Control display green/red (light function)
- Integrated communication terminal
- Integrated cash counting function
- Card collection (if there is no exit checkpoint on site)
- Handling barcode cards

Function
The exit checkpoint checks customers when leaving the controlled area. Passage is thus only granted if no subsequent payments or consumptions are outstanding. Otherwise, the customers must first pay their outstanding amounts at the cashier's desk or subsequent payment station and may then leave the area. If the customers has a high enough balance on their stored-value cards, the outstanding amounts will be debited directly by the exit checkpoint. The customer may then also leave the area immediately.
Passage

Function
With a passage checkpoint, a move to another area can be checked within the controlled area, for example between the indoor pool and the sauna.
For rates with authorization for the target area, passage will be granted immediately. For all other cards, there is the opportunity to top up to a higher rate. The corresponding amount will thus either be drawn from a stored-value card or posted on a credit of the card.
Info station

Function
With an info station, you can offer your customers the opportunity to retrieve the current data of their cards or their keys (only with EKP4000 keys).
In that way the customers keep tabs at all times on the applicability of their cards or already accumulated consumption. This functions without additional personnel expenses.
Solarium station

Function
The solarium control system can control multiple solariums. The customers can thus choose the length of use within the configured standard conditions themselves. After successful payment of the corresponding amount, the solarium will start after a pre-run time. Payments can either be made with stored-value cards or on credit.
