Function
The administration software of the system is defined as the back office. In this interface, the configuration is created, and modifications and evaluations are carried out. Access is password-protected. Modifications to the system or the configuration can only be made by users with corresponding authorization.
Configuration
Each system needs to be adapted and expanded every now and then. Simple price changes, taking care of the stock list or adaptation of applicabilities, these kinds of changes will be made in the back office. Furthermore, the different devices and configurations of opening hours and subsequent payments will be defined here.
Administration
Different administration functions will also be performed in the same interface. With the help of assistants, you can, for example, create bills for services purchased or consolidate customers that have been recorded twice.
Evaluations
The diverse evaluations can be viewed directly on the monitor, printed or exported in diverse formats (PDF, CSV etc.). The retrieval of various reports can also be regulated via authorization levels, so that the users can only retrieve the corresponding evaluations.
Templates may be defined for recurring evaluations. They will then be retrieved by the system on a schedule and filed on the server or automatically sent out as an email.
