Function
With an info station, you can offer your customers the opportunity to retrieve the current data of their cards or their keys (only with EKP4000 keys).
In that way the customers keep tabs at all times on the applicability of their cards or already accumulated consumption. This functions without additional personnel expenses.
Areas of Application
The info station can be set up both within and outside of the controlled area. Depending on the site, various types of information can be retrieved.
Outside of the controlled area, the customers can for example retrieve information about the applicability and remaining points of their cards. The current balance can be displayed for stored-value cards.
Within the controlled area, the customers can retrieve various types of current information about their time of entry, length of stay, incurred subsequent payment amounts and consumptions. In connection with the EKP4000 lock, the data of the assigned locker will also be shown at the info station.
Additional Uses
Furthermore, the customers can change the saved user language on their own. The user guidance will then be exclusively in the selected language.
