Client/Server System
The system functions as a client/server system or online system. All data is saved centrally in a database on the server and is retrieved on the network when needed. Your data is securely protected from outside manipulations through this central storage.
In this way, you can also issue replacement cards for missing or stolen cards (for personal cards or upon presentation of receipt of purchase). Furthermore, you will receive an overview of all of the cards currently in circulation with various reports.
Multilingual
The entire system is set up with a multilingual function. The language can be selected for each customer and each card upon issue. The customer guidance is then in the selected language at all devices. The language for the cash register user or system user can also be switched during run time when needed.
Debit / Credit System
The debit and credit system is available for non-cash consumptions within the controlled area. The debit procedure can of course also be applied outside of the controlled area.
In regards to the credit system, the customers can book consumptions up to the configured limit on their cards or on their keys. Before they leave the controlled area, these consumptions have to be paid at the cash register or the subsequent payment station.
The debit system functions like a value card. The customers can book an amount in advance on their cards. This balance can then be used for payment at all stations. Depending on the amount of the top-up, the customers may be granted various discounts on their future purchases.
